Built around the prescription, not just the cart
Selling medicine is not selling shoes. An order that contains a prescription drug cannot simply be packed and shipped — someone qualified has to look at it first. This platform puts that step in the middle of the order flow rather than leaving it to a WhatsApp message, so nothing reaches a delivery partner unchecked.
- Customers upload a prescription at checkout; the order waits at pharmacist verification until a real person approves or rejects it.

We go through the console with you, agree the categories and the delivery zones you serve, and confirm the plan.

Your product list, companies and prices go in, with prescription-required flags set. You review a sample before we load the rest.

Your domain, logo and colours, your licence details in the footer, and the payment gateway connected in test mode.

Staff training, a soft launch on a few real orders, then the storefront opens. We stay close through the first fortnight.
Questions
Before you decide
Do you provide the drug licence?
No. The retail drug licence, the registered pharmacist and the premises are yours — we build and run the software that sits on top of them. The platform gives you the places to display your licence number and GSTIN, and the verification step a pharmacist signs off, but the regulatory responsibility for dispensing stays with your pharmacy. Talk to your own advisor about what selling medicine online requires in your state before you launch.
How does prescription verification actually work?
Any product flagged as prescription-required forces an upload at checkout. The order is created but parked at pharmacist verification — it cannot be scheduled or handed to a delivery partner until someone with the pharmacist role approves it. Rejections send the customer a reason, and the order is cancelled with a refund if payment was already taken.
Can we move from Starter to Growth later?
Yes, at any point. You pay the difference for the remainder of the year and the app is built on top of the catalogue and customers you already have — nothing is re-entered.
Is there an iOS app?
Growth ships with Android, which is what most customers in our pharmacies use. iOS is available as an add-on; tell us during the walkthrough and we will quote it with the rest.
Can it handle more than one branch?
Yes. Stock, orders and staff can be scoped per branch, with the owner seeing all of them from one dashboard. Tell us how many branches at the walkthrough — multi-branch sits on Growth or the one-time plan.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it — products, customers, orders and prescriptions — in a standard format, at any time, without asking us. On the one-time plan the question does not arise: it is already on your server.
